Roycederm Affiliate Program — Content Usage Terms

By joining the Roycederm Affiliate Program and accepting any product samples, commission rate, or collaboration offer from Roycederm, you agree to the following content usage terms.

1. Content License

You grant Roycederm a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

(a) Organic Reposting
Repost, share, and feature your content that includes Roycederm products on our owned brand social media channels (including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest).

(b) Brand-Owned Channels
Use your content on our brand website, email marketing, and product pages.

(c) Paid Advertising
Use excerpts of your video content (up to 15 seconds per excerpt) in paid social advertising on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms. Such excerpts may be combined with our brand elements (logo, captions, voiceover, product B-roll, end cards) but will not be altered in ways that misrepresent your views or claims.

2. Credit and Attribution

We will always credit you by tagging your official handle and linking back to your original post whenever technically possible.

3. Term

This license remains in effect for 12 months from the date your content is first published, automatically renewable for additional 12-month periods unless you provide written notice to opt out at marketing@roycederm.com.

4. Creator Protections

  • You retain full ownership and copyright of your content.
  • We will not edit your content in any way that misrepresents your views or alters product claims you made.
  • You may request removal of any specific piece of content from our channels at any time by emailing marketing@roycederm.com, and we will remove it within 7 business days.

5. Paid Advertising Notice

If we use your content in paid advertising (Section 1c above) for more than 30 consecutive days, we will notify you and offer either:

  • (a) a one-time usage fee of $150, OR
  • (b) a +5% commission boost for 90 days.

6. Agreement

By accepting samples, joining the Roycederm Affiliate Program, or accepting a Target Collab invitation, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.
