I recommend anyone get this soap. I got it to treat ring worm. I just didn't use it as a standalone product. I used CVS antifungal powder, and sulfur ointment. I would always recommend an antifungal soap to get to parts of the body you can't see. I soaked in the tub after lathering this soap on me for 3 minutes.

How to use it?

    1.    Wet skin with warm water before use.
    2.    Lather the soap between hands or with a washcloth.
    3.    Apply the lather directly to the affected areas (feet, groin, back, etc.).
    4.    Gently massage for 30–60 seconds.
    5.    Rinse thoroughly and pat the skin dry with a clean towel.
    6.    Use twice daily, especially after workouts or sweating, for best results.
